Hotel description

Tucked away in a narrow side street in the old quarter of Chania, Casa Veneta has plenty of olde worlde charm.
It is a new, four storey building which we have sympathetically reconstructed from an old Venetian facade. For your convenience we have a television lounge on the ground floor. We have kept the atmosphere of the Grand Venetian period by using stripped polished wood for our interiors, and giving some studios a gallery bedroom.
A friendly, most charming base in an excellent location from which to explore this historic and atmospheric town

Rooms

CASA VENETA offers nine studios and apartments, some with a small balcony over the street with a view of the sea. The studios have double or twin beds, kitchenette with cooking rings and fridge, an ensuite shower/wc, and a sofa-bed for a child.The apartments are open-plan and on three levels linked by wooden stairs, with the kitchenette below, a living area in the middle and a twin-bedded sleeping gallery above. All possess tv and air-condition and private bathroom.Furnishings are of good quality and there is a ground floor reception and small lounge.

* 21 days or more before your arrival in High Season (15.07.09 - 15.09.09) - there are no cancellation fees.

* 7 - 0 days before your arrival in Low Season (16.09.08 - 14.07.09) - 50% of the total amount will be charged for as a cancellation fee.

* 21 - 0 days before your arrival in High Season (15.07.09 - 15.09.09) - 50% of the total amount will be charged for as a cancellation fee.

* Departure earlier from the scheduled departure date - the full amount for the nights stayed will be charged for as well as 50% of the total for the nights not stayed as a cancellation fee.
