Hotel description

Villa Anna is a beautiful house, built in 2007, in a size of 125 sq.m and can easily accommodate up to 7 people. It is situated in the outskirts of Asproulianos village about 1 km from the tourist area of Kavros (10 minutes walk) , 1,5 km from the nearest beach and some 3 km away from Georgioupolis where all amenities can be found.

Villa Anna is the first house on the Kournas beach development and therefore it is totally independent ,with direct access from the road , with private garage and garden.On the exterior there is a big pool of 35 sq. m (5 x 7 ) with sun beds and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing , as well as patio furniture for relaxation .
The location of the villa would be great for walking, painting, fishing and all water sports. Children are most welcome in the villa and a high Chair and a baby cot can be provided.

Location

The distance to the only natural lake of Crete , Kournas is only 2 km away. In Kournas lake you can swim and use the shore along for sunbathing and also enjoy your meal in one of the taverns facing the mountains and the sourounding area.The town of Rethymno is 18 km away and the town of Chania 40 km away while the nearest airport is the one in Chania 50 km away. Distances:beach 1,5 km , tavern 1 km ,shopping 3 km , town of Rethymno 18 km , airport of Chania 50 km.

Rooms

Villa Anna is devided in 2 floors.Entering the house from the main entrance , there are a spacious living-dining room and in a seperate room is the kitchen (fully equipped: microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer,dish washer,oven) .Further on there are a double bedroom , a spacious bath/WC and a utility room where is the clothes washer.
An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor where are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds both with en suite bath / wc.Both bedrooms have their own balcony with beautiful views to the countryside and the oilive grove across.All the bedrooms are airconditioned and in the equipment of the villa belong a DVD, a TV set and CD player. a/c use 5 euros per unit per day.

64-45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of reservation will be charged as cancellation fees.
44-10 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total cost of reservation will be charged as cancellation fees.
9-0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total cost of reservation will be charged as cancellation fees.
