For cancelations up to seven (07) days prior the arrival the total amount of the prepaiment (100%) will be refund, minus the bank expences if there are any. Exclude the period 01/07-31/08 where there are no refund.

For cancelation less than seven (07) days prior the arrival no refund at all.
