One studio for 2 - 3 people, with one bed / living room, simple kitchen, bath / WC and a large shared sun terrace with sea views (Type A). Eight apartments for 2 - 4 people, with one bedroom (double or twin beds), living / dining area with sofa bed and an extra camp bed if needed, simple kitchen, shower / WC or bath/WC. Two of these apartments are situated on the ground floor and are suitable for people with wheel chairs (Type B).
One apartment for 4 - 6 people, with two bedrooms (twin beds), simple kitchene, living / dining area with sofa bed and an extra camp bed can be added, shower / WC. There is a large shared terrace with sea views (Type C).  Facilities include a reception area, and barbecue area. All of the apartments are suplied with air conditioning (local charge).

• The repayment of your accommodation can be made by cash only.

Upon reservation July-August 50% of the total cost will be charged as deposit and Septembr-October 30% of the total cost will be charged as deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

• 5 days or more before your arrival - there are no cancellation fees.
• 4 - 2 days before your arrival - 1 night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 2 days before your arrival - 50% of the total amount will be charged for as a cancellation fee.
• Departure before the scheduled departure date - the full amount for the nights stayed will be charged for as well as 50% of the total for the nights not stayed as a cancellation fee.
