Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

In case of no call no show the deposit is not refundable. For cancellations made within three weeks or less prior to arrival date, the deposit is not refundable.

In case of damages throughout the stay, the owner retains the right to charge an additional cost accordingly.
The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss of personal belongings.

Children must be supervised at all times.
No life guard will be on duty.
Diving is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Ιn case of non compliance to the above rules the owner reserves the right to cancel the stay and retain the total amount.
