The facilities offer all the leisure to suit every mood in order to spend unforgettable holidays with fun and relaxation for the whole family.
In the center of the colorful garden is the a beautifully constructed fresh water swimming pool with separate children pool and large green area for sun bathing. During low season visitors may use the heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi.
Use of umbrellas and sun beds by the pool, the green area and the beach is included. Beach towels are available against returnable deposit.
Entertainment and amusement at the Activity-Center which hosts the open-air amphitheater, Mini-Club, children's playground and Minimarket, electronic games room, billiard, table tennis and table football.
All interior facilities are air-conditioned during the summer months (July-August-September).

HOTEL ANISSA BEACH & VILLAGE is situated 20 km east of the Island's capitol Iraklion and the International Airport in the peaceful area of Anissaras with direct access to a long, wide and clean beach of sand and pebbles. Nearby are several pleasant taverns, bars and shops. Chersonissos with its fancy shopping arcades and lots of amusement possibilities of all kind is in a distance of approx. 2, 5 km.

The 2-floor main building and side building, the so called Village, are surrounded by the extensive colorful garden and host 310 rooms in total, each of them comfortable equipped to modern standards.
The main building accommodates the spacious lobby with reception area, comfortable lounges, jeweller, TV-room (satelite programmes/Video) and conference room which can be fully equipped for all technical requirements.

Each room is comfortable furnished and equipped with bath, shower/WC, hair-dryer, air-conditioning (July to September), direct-dial telephone, radio, safe deposit box, mini-fridge, SAT-TV and balcony or terrace, party with sea view or garden view, and are situated either in the main building or the Village.

At our guest disposal are three restaurants and three bars: the "La Pergola" Main Restaurant, the "La Veranda" Restaurant and the Greek open-air Tavern, expecting you with mouthwatering meals presented on the extensive buffets, as well as the lobby bar with panoramic veranda overlooking the gardens and view to the sea, the gardenbar at the sea front and the pool bar.

Full board, all meals are offered in form of extensive buffets. Coffee
time in the afternoon with fresh filtered coffee, cake and ice-cream. Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (except Champagne), open house wine and draught beer from 11:00 to 24:00. Possibility to dine once a week at the open-air Greek Tavern after previous reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

In case of cancelation in more than 15 days prior to arrival, the total cost will be refund.
In case of cancelation within 8 – 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be refund.
In case of cancelation within 0 – 7 days prior to arrival, no refund.
