Any cancellations made till 3 days prior to arrival, the deposit (1 overnight) is non refundable. Cancellations made 3-2 days prior to arrival, 2 overnights will be charged as cancellation fees. Cancellations made 1-0 day  prior to arrival, or in case of non show or earlier departure, the total cost of the reservation will be charged as cancellation fees.
