Latania Apartments & Studios, constitute the ideal choice for your family holidays, offering spacious apartments and studios.
Latania Apartments and Studios, offers a large pool and pool bar, a reception area (open from 9 am to 10 pm), a breakfast room (breakfast is on request) a Home Cinema with sat tv, game and Arcades corner and indoor Bar. For your outmost convenience we offer Internet corner, daily room service, car rental, exchange,Fax service and private parking. For our guests with their own laptop we offer free fast wirelless internet access (ADSL) in bar and pool area.
Also, our guests can take advantage of our ideal location in the heart of the vilage and enjoy a big variety of taverns, night clubs, various shops, cafes, super market, pharmacies and a medical center which can be found within walking distance!
If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can always try out the local delicacies in the taverns around our complex.

Location

Latania Apartments and studios are situated in Stalis, which is 30Km east of Iraklion's port and airport. The 4 km long Stalis splendid beach is just 30 meters away from the hotel. Stalis region offers important archaeological sights along with cosmopolitan summer resorts full of life and a superb night entertainement.

Rooms

Latania Hotel Apartments complex is the ideal place for family holidays offering apartments of two different types. Studios are suitable for 2-5 persons with one air-conditioned room and extra beds available. Family apartments are suitable for 4-5 persons with one master bedroom and two or three more beds in the main room (both with air-condition).
Each apartment has a spacious bathroom with bath or shower cabin, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, central music, and safe box . The apartments have balcony or terrace with sea or garden view. On request a baby cot is available.
All apartments have air condition, direct dial phone, toaster and coffee tea makers. For the younger guests a playground and kids pool are available.

In case of cancelation within 8 – 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be refund.
In case of cancelation within 0 – 7 days prior to arrival, no refund.
