The first building is where the 24hour receptions, the main restaurant, the main bar, the snack bar, the salt-water open-air pool and the huge sun-terrace, are to be found.

Cancellations received between 3 days before the arrival or non show reservations result in 1 night cancellation fee
For Medium season, (16May-15July & 16-30Sept) if reservation is cancelled at least 5 days before the arrival – there is no cancellation fee.
Cancellations received between 5 days before the arrival and check in day, result in 1 night cancellation fee - Any deposits paid are no refundable.
For High season,( 16July-15Sept) if reservation is cancelled at least 10 days before the arrival – there is no cancellation fee.
Cancellations received between 10 days before the arrival and check in day, result in 1 night cancellation fee – Any deposits paid are no refundable
