The Istron Bay is a family-run hotel that is run by people who really love what they are doing. The main restaurant has two air-conditioned rooms and a terrace with a panoramic view. Here you can start you day with a hearty breakfast. In the evening you are offered Cretan hors d'oevres and salads, a choice between three main dishes and mouth-watering desserts - delicacies prepared from ingredients from the region and using the unsurpassed local "extra virgine" olive oil.

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival, no fees. 1-6 days, 30% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fees. Non show will be charged with 50% of te total cost.
