Hotel description

Villa Michalis (built in 2000) is a beautiful small villa in a size of 80 sqm which can accommodate up to 5 people.It is situated on a hill on the edge of the atmospheric hill village of Maroulas , just 300 m away.In a close distance of 3 km is the beautiful resort village of Platanes where a sandy beach can be found. The distance to the town of Rethymno is 10 Km away.

The villa has air-condition in the upstairs double bedroom and in the living room downstairs. The two north-facing terraces are lovely spots to soak up the morning and evening sun and the double-glazed windows help ensure comfort in cooler early or late season evenings. Outside there is an attractive garden with swimming pool , sunbeds and umbrellas , BBQ and outside grill , and patio furniture. A car is considered to be essential.

Beach 3 km , Shopping 3 km ,Taverns 300 m , Town of Rethymno 10 km , Airport of Heraklion 75 km.

Villa Michalis consists of 2 floors. Entering the house on the ground floor there is a living-dining room with SAT-TV , an open plan Kitchen which is fully equipped and a bedroom with 2 single beds with en suite shower/WC.An internal wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a second bedroom with a double bed with en suite shower/WC and a beautiful balcony overlooking the area . Cleaning and change bed linen and towels 2 times per week.
