Hotel description

The studios are just plain accommodation, but the position and the views are superb. The walk to either beach is only 2 minutes downhill and the walk into the centre of village is 5 minutes.

Location

Koki Studios are located on the ridge above both the small and main beaches of Lindos Bay.

Rooms

Koki Studios offers the following accommodation: a. In the ground floor two twin bed studios, one has a Lindian platform bed with en-suite shower room/wc and separate large kitchen; the other is twin bed with a kitchenette area and large en-suite bathroom. Both studios share the sun roof. b. In the first floor four twin bed studios for 2 persons with a kitchenette area, en-suite shower or bathrooms/wc, a shared bamboo-covered patio and use of a furnished sun roof reached by iron steps. c. In the second floor three twin bed studios and one double bed studio with sea view with en-suite shower room/wc and kitchenette. Each has its own table and chairs on the terrace with superb sea views. For all the accommodation the air conditioning payable locally.

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

For cancellations made more than 60 days, payment 30 euros. Between 60-35 days, payment 50 euros. Between 35-14 days, payment 50% of booking or 2 nights accommodation charge whichever is greater. For cancellation made less than 14 days - 100% payable.
