Hotel description

Theonia Apartments featuring split level apartments (some with spiral staircases), sleeping 4 people, with either a futon style double bed in the lounge area and two single beds in the bedroom area, or a Lindian style bed in the bedroom area and a bed settee sleeping two people in the lounge. The Lindian bed has five steps leading up to it. Theonia also features studios for 2-3 people. Theonia Apartments was featured as a popular Kosmar property for many years.

Location

Theonia studios and apartments are located on the main road leading out of Pefkos and towards Lothiarika and Lardos. The resort's centre and all its amenities are just a 5 minute stroll away and the nearest sandy beach, Plakia beach, is less than a 5 minute walk from the accommodation, with St Thomas beach also within a few minutes walk.

All studios and apartments are very well furnished with air-conditioning and safety deposit boxes (payable locally). All studios and apartments have private shower or corner bath, wc, kitchenette, TV, hairdryer, balcony or patio [some of which may be shared]. Theonia also has its own private pool, snack bar and bar.

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

For cancellations made more than 60 days, payment 30 euros. Between 60-35 days, payment 50 euros. Between 35-14 days, payment 50% of booking or 2 nights accommodation charge whichever is greater. For cancellation made less than 14 days - 100% payable.
