Welcome to the traditional Boutique Hotel “Hamko”, a refined choice in the old city of Konitsa. Boutique Hotel “Hamko” is a renovated, traditional, stone-made mansion situated in that part of Konitsa where urban residences of the end of 18th century and th beginnings of the 19th are found. “Hamko” offers their guest an overwhelming view over Aoos’ valley and the imposing mountains surrounding Konitsa.

Location

Konitsa is a picturesque small town situated in the northern of the prefecture of Ioannina. It’s built at the foothills of mountain Gimnadi in 600m of altitude and offers a spectacular view over the valley where the 3 rivers Sarantaporos, Aoos, and Voidomatis meet. Konitsa along with the other 24 villages of the area offer their visitors direct contact with the unspoilt nature of the area and unique scenery. Konitsa is only 20 min. away from Papigo and the other Zagoroxoria Villages and 65km from the town of Ioannina (approx. 45min.). It’s 500km away from Athens, 300km from Thessaloniki and 130km from Igoumenitsa.
