PYRGOS VILLAGE traditional stone houses, follows local architectonical forms and style of a medieval house in Greek islands. So, there are none house same with the others. Furthermore, we decorated every house separately, with different colors, furniture, etc., but the decoration is under local colors, materials and habits. On the other hand every house has been equipped with modern technology, in order to have a traditional, but luxury villa, which can satisfy our clients, during summer or winter.

A village with small roads, narrow streets and cobbled roads, old churches with pebbled yards, beautiful country churches, watch towers and windmills, make up a picture from a different era. Thucydides' Voliskos, nowadays Volissos, was according to tradition the home city of Homer. Here, according to an interpetation, the great poet wrote "Vatrachomiomachia", a parody of Iliad.

At the wider Volissos area, there are magnificent, unknown to many, beaches, unique in beauty. Throughout Volissos, one can come across interspersed historical monuments and Byzantine churches, each one with unique architectural elements.

1 Bedroom houses. The houses have one bedroom for two adults. In the most of them there is a separate living room, and the square meters are from 27 up to 69, for each villa. 

Extra 1 Bedroom houses. The houses have one bedroom for two adults, and a sepa-rate living room, in two levels. Some of them have extra spaces, such as inde-pendent kitchen in a different level, big terraces and /or balconies, etc. The square meters are from 50 up to 99, for each villa. Some of them are equipped with sofa-extra bed, which can accept one child from 2 up to 18 years, without extra charge. 

2 Bedrooms houses. The houses have two bedrooms for four adults maximum. The-re is a separate living-room, and the square meters are from 75 up to 85, for each villa. 

Extra 2 Bedrooms houses. The houses have at least two bedrooms for four adults maximum and separate living room, in two or three levels. Some of them have extra spaces, such as independent kitchen in a different level, big terraces and /or balconies, etc. The square meters are from 142 up to 150, for each villa. Some of them are equipped with sofa-extra bed, which can accept one child from 2 up to 18 years, without extra charge. 

3 Bedrooms houses. The houses have at least three bedrooms for six adults maxi-mum, and separate living room, in two or three levels. There are extra spaces, such as independent kitchen in a different level, big terraces and /or balconies, etc. The square meters are from 150 up to 172, for each villa. Some of them are equipped with child room, which can accept one child from 2 up to 18 years, without extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

For cancelations till 22 days before arrival date, no cancelation fees.

For cancelations 21 to 14 days before arrival date, one night cancelation fees.

For cancelations 14 days till the arrival date, two nights cancelation fees

For non shows, the total amoun of the reservation will be charged with the option of use for a future reservation.
