All of its 10 self catering apartments are spacious and comfortable, warmly furnished and can sleep up to 5 persons.The lush green garden provides a tranquil environment for the guest. From here you can organize daily excursions to interesting places, such as the Gorge of Neda, the ancient temple of Epicurius Apollo, lake Kaifas with Spa - hot springs and many more sites, which they will give you an enchanting option for exploring, during your holidays.

On the west coast of the Peloponnese, 5 kilometers north of Kyparissia, there is the village called Kalo Nero (= beautiful water) with an immense and large sandy beach on the South and the North. From about 2 km on the North of the last houses the beach is nearly deserted for distance of more than 5 km. Even on Sundays in August there were not more than 20 persons on this immense beach, that is ideal for swimming and walking. No sun loungers, parasols, taverns with Greek ''meze''or anything like that. My contributors enjoyed it a lot and will come back!

The village's square, the Mini Market, the tavern and the beach are all within walking distance and you will truly feel at home here. The balconies have magnificent view of the sea, while the parking has capacity of 40 cars, with unlimited comfort and security, close to beach, Wide balconies offer unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea, Daily Maid Service

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

In case of cancelation within 14 days prior to arrival date, during the period 01/7 - 31/8,  50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged as cancelation fees. In case of non show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged as cancelation fees.

During the rest of the year, cancelations within 7 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the reservation (with a minimum of a one nights cost) will be charged as cancelation fees. In case of no show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged as cancelation fees.
