Every villa has individual air condition, humidor, sun collector, satelite antenna, hight tech alarm, sitting room, dining room, bedroom(s), TV, Hi-Fi, desk, telephone, fax, internet access, security and fully equipted kichen for dining up to 12 persons.
The surounding area has a lot of trees, ales covered with stones and a swimming pool of 50 sq. m. for the warm summer days or for unforgetable nights of relaxing enjoying a drink from the villa's mini bar. This is most apriciated for people who seak something more during their vacations at a unique place at a wonderful city like Kalamata.

In case of cancellation within 7 to 1 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of non show, the total amoun of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees
