If the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival, no charge will be made. In case the client doesn't cancel the reservation (written preferable) or cancellation notice is received less than 72 hours prior to arrival or the client doesn't show, a 1 night fee will be charged from the credit card. Ιn case of cancellation between 22December 2009- 6 January 2010 & 12 - 15 February 2010 , the total cost of the reservation non refundable
