Hotel description

In the Mouresi village, between Tsagarada and Agios Ioanis at Pelion, in a nice green environment from chestnuts and cherry trees are found the Flowers Studios. Distance from the centre of village is just 800 metres, from Agios Ioannis - Papa Nero-Ntamouchari beach and Tsagarada only 4 kilometres. All four buildings are built with drawings, where they appear intensely the characteristics of Pelion architectural externally with stone roofs, roof verandas and built stone. Internally, are decorated with nice furnitures with cheerful colours, intense the presence of timber, obvious all points of roof and with enough points of decoration. The friendly environment, the sense of familiarity and warmth and the parallel sense of different, inspire the spirit to be misleaded freely, the soul calms down also the body relaxes. Everywhere impressed the seal of house-holder that with his "paintbrush" decorates stones, wooden tables even the roofs of apartments as made previously the old painters.

Studio A: about 40 sq.m., with a double bed and a couch that becomes bed, kitchen completely equipped with all the essential utensiles and appliances (refrigerator, hearths electric, toaster, coffee-pot, kettle, equipment of proportionally individuals) for the breakfast preparation, a light lunch or dinner. The particular characteristic of this house is his isolation from the wider space where are found the remainder buildings.
Studio A1: 50 sq.m with elevated manufacture where is found a double bed. In the ground floor, kitchen corner completely equipped with all the essential utensiles and appliances (refrigerator, hearths electric, toaster coffee-pot, kettle, equipment of proportionally individuals) for the breakfast preparation, a light lunch or dinner, and comfortable space of living room.
Studio A2: about 50 sq.m. with a double bed, Kitchen corner completely equipped with all the essential utensiles and appliances (refrigerator, hearths electric, toaster coffee-pot, kettle, equipment of proportionally individuals) for the breakfast preparation, a light lunch or dinner and comfortable space of livingroom with fireplace.

In case of cancellation within 29 and 21 days prior to arrival, 35% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 20 and 7 days prior to arrival, 60% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival, 80% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of non show, 90% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
