Hotel description

Our family decided to invest in hospitality and to offer its experience and love to a special place in Portaria all round 12 months of the year. We recently renovated the hotel ‘ALKISTIS’ and created a family place where our guest can spend peaceful holidays in a quiet and friendly environment.
Our specialization and professionalism as far as services are concerned guarantee high quality services to all visitors at reasonable prices. We hope to meet you and establish a long-lasting relationship based on friendship and professionalism.
We provide a rich traditional breakfast buffet and a variety of food and drinks for the rest of the hours. Our experienced and friendly staff is always at your disposal in order to make you feel at home. You can relax at the beautiful Lobby in our hotel by the fireplace with a panoramic view of Makrinitsa enjoying hot beverages at winter time, but also our beautifully arranged space lying under the plain trees in a dock chair and the fresh air of Portaria in summer time. You can also relax by using the sauna in our hotel. Our hotel provides its guests with wireless Laptops.
Our hotel gives you the possibility to organize various events, such as receptions or professional seminars since it is the ideal place to escape from the stress of the city.

Ski resort Agriolefkes –Hania 11 km

If you have difficulty in finding us, we are to be found near the central square of the village. On the way from Volos, on the main street of Portaria just after the square on the first coble stone street, turn left and there you will see the sign Αlikistis Hotel which will orientate you.

Our priority in Alkistis Hotel is a warm hospitality and the quality of your stay. We try to make your stay pleasant by giving you the opportunity to choose your own room since each one of them is decorated with a different style and taste. All rooms have a TV while the suites have LCD TVs.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

In case of cancellation over 50 days prior to arrival, 30,00 Euros per reservation will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 49 and 40 days prior to arrival, 25% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 39 and 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 29 and 21 days prior to arrival, 35% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 20 and 7 days prior to arrival, 60% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival, 80% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of non show, 90% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
