Conference Facilities: The conference facilities offered by the Hotel have been totally renovated, improved and extended. The purpose built, pillar free International Hall, is designed to provide some of the finest convention facilities on the island. Perfect for prestigious meetings, gala evenings, cocktail receptions, dinner dances and product launches. The International Hall is divisible by sound proof partitions into seven smaller rooms. This facility allows us the flexibility to change the size and shape of rooms and thus be in a position to offer a particular room or combination of rooms to suit your specific requirements.

The Hotel itself and all its 228 rooms, including Royal Suites and Garden Studio Bungalow Suites are equipped with all the modern amenities expected from a hotel of this standard.
Sea View Room: The rooms are contemporary designed and fresh with Mediterranean colour schemes with beautiful sea views. All Sea View Rooms have a balcony, international direct dial telephone, message waiting system, early call system, radio, bathroom with shower and bath, hairdryer, television with satellite & in-house movies, mini bar and safe deposit boxes.
Garden View Room: The rooms are contemporary designed and fresh with Mediterranean colour schemes with beautiful mountain and garden view. Satellite TV, Pay TV, mini bar, central air conditioning - heating, direct dial telephone, safe deposit boxes, message and wake up call system, radio, hairdryer, bathroom and balcony are available in all the rooms.
Garden Studio Bungalows: The Garden Studio Bungalows are part of a complex of 40 units, all overlooking a large lagoon shape magnificent swimming pool and the exotic gardens of the Hotel. All the Bungalows are furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards for guests who would like to enjoy the usual Palm Beach Hotel & Bungalows hospitality in a more private and secluded environment.
Eleven of the Bungalows were renovated during Winter 2006/07 with the remaining the next winter. The new Bungalows have been revamped in luxury Indonesian style with 5* standards. Their facilities include color television with Satellite and In-House Movies, Mini-Bar, Hairdryer, Piped Music, Personal Safes and Coffee/Tea making facilities.
The Garden Studio Bungalows are approximately 30 square meters, consisting of a bedroom and a sitting room area, some semi divided by a wooden partition. Families with two children can easily be accommodated as the sofa can be made into a double bed.
Royal Suite: The main building features four Royal Suites, one on each floor, featuring a partially separated lounge with TV, sofa and dining area. Each Suite is uniquely decorated and offers uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean sea. Both bedroom and lounge have a separate balcony. The rooms are fully equipped with Satellite TV, Pay TV, safe, mini bar, heating, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, message and wake up call system, radio and hairdryer. Spacious bathrooms feature upgraded amenities.
Ambassador Suite: The Ambassador Suite, fully renovated in May, 2007 is located on the ground floor at the Garden Studio Bungalow complex overlooking the gardens and pool area. It is luxurious and decorated in a warm Indonesian theme with a large terrace. It features a large bedroom with en suite designer bathroom featuring rain shower and Jacuzzi and a separate spacious sitting / lounge area with separate bathroom facilities and dining area. The wooden parquet flooring, uniquely covered walls and large mirrors, enhance the ambiance of the Suite. It is furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards for guests who would like to enjoy the Palm Beach hospitality in a more private and secluded environment. Facilities include large LCD Television with Satellite and In-House Movies, Mini Bar, Hairdryer, Piped Music, Personal Safes and Coffee/Tea Making Facilities.
Presidential Suite: The Presidential Suite, fully renovated in May, 2007 is located on the upper floor at the Garden Studio Bungalow complex overlooking the gardens and pool area. It is luxurious and decorated in a warm Indonesian theme with a balcony large enough for private sun lounging and small private gatherings. It features a large bedroom with en suite designer bathroom featuring rain shower and Jacuzzi and a separate spacious sitting / lounge area with separate bathroom facilities and dining area. The wooden parquet flooring, uniquely covered walls and large mirrors, enhance the ambiance of the Suite. It is furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards for guests who would like to enjoy the Palm Beach hospitality in a more private and secluded environment.

The Omega Restaurant: Elegantly redecorated and tastefully furnished, the Omega Restaurant is the ideal venue where international and local cuisine can be enjoyed in style and comfort. An extensive a la carte menu is seasonally available and our wine cellar houses many fine Cypriot and European wines. Varied entertainment is offered most nights a week. Our catering services have undergone extensive changes and improvements which are HACCP and ISO approved. Our award winning chef & his team prepare imaginative gourmet meals that exceed 5* standards.
The Sea Breeze Tavern: Open daily (in Summer Season) featuring mouth-watering specialties, traditional Cyprus dishes and fresh fish during the day. At night, enjoy the breathtaking sea view in a relaxing atmosphere with lavish Theme Nights by moonlight. Enjoy romantic evenings under the stars, dancing to the sounds of our resident band in the gentle breeze.
The Coffee Shop: Start your day by enjoying our endless selection of breakfast items in our Coffee Shop or outside on the adjoining quaint patio “Palm Court” for a breath of fresh air. Here you can enjoy freshly prepared omelets and other egg items from our live cooking station. Tea, coffee, snacks, a la carte, and children’s menus are available throughout the day.
The Beach Bar: Open during the Summer Season and situated on the sea front, the Beach Bar is an ideal place for you to quench your thirst or enjoy your favorite dish at the comfort of your own sun bed. A snack menu offering sandwiches, salads and other items is available.
The Piano Bar: The Piano Bar was recently restyled with modern contemporary designs. Take your time and relax here or at one of the other 4 bars of the hotel and enjoy the breathtaking views over the pool, gardens and Mediterranean Sea. The Piano Bar is the place for pre-dinner cocktails to be enjoyed in comfort and in style.
The Garden Pool Bar: Open most months during the Summer Season and situated by the Garden Studio Bungalows' lagoon style pool.
Dive in and swim to the bar where you can also enjoy a drink, freshly prepared salads and snacks.
The Adelphi Lounge: Spacious recently refurbished in contemporary colours lounge, with a breathtaking sea view, this is the ideal place to unwind, read a book and enjoy an afternoon of tea or go the whole way and spoil yourself with one of our delicious ice cream delights. In the Lounge there is a TV area, a small library with an international selection of books and an internet corner with two PC’s. WI FI access is also available throughout the Hotel’s public areas.

Upon reservation 10% of the total amount will be charged as a prepayment and 3 days prior to arrival the rest amount will charged.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

In case of cancellation within 21 - 8 days prior to arrival, no refund of the prepayment.

In case of cancellation within 7 - 4 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival or in case of non show the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
