The Hotel - Apartment complex Perla Βeach is in the ownership of the Katzourakis family, who has been in the hotel business since 1964.

The construction of "Perla Βeach" began in 1985 and was established in 1988.
Since then we have remodeled and expanded our complex to better suit our guests. In 1994 a new wing was established with 5 new studios and in 1998 the swimming pool, a new floor level with 2 new studios and 3 maisonettes. The last changes took place in 2002, when a 2 storey wing with the reception, 7 studios and the sauna of the hotel was built.

The hotel Perla Beach is located nine kilometers west from the town of Chania directly on the main road of Kissamou.

The beach is only a few meters away from the complex (without mandatory use of public pavements) with crystal clear & safe waters and a large and well organized shore with taverns, refreshments and life guards...

The super market is only 50 meters away and the town of Agia Marina is only 100 meters away where one may find shopping areas, banks, rent-a-cars & motor bikes, restaurants, night clubs, bars and many points of interest.

Public transportation to and from Chania town frequents on a daily basis.

The Hotel - Apartment complex consists of three buildings divided into 14 studios, 2 apartments and 3 maisonettes. All the units are spaciously modified and provided with a kitschnett, WC & shower, TV and telephone, balcony or veranda and are fully air conditioned (cooling & heating) to ensure a comfortable & convenient accommodation.

All the studios are comfortably configured to accommodate up to three individuals.

The three maisonettes have a charming view of the swimming pool. Located on the top floor one will find the bedroom ( two full size beds). Living room, dining room and kitchen with all the basic necessities and additional beds are located on the first floor.

Both apartments have a view of the swimming pool, the one has two bedrooms, kitchen, and living room, while the other has one bedroom, kitschen and a roomy living room with the adittional beds.

The maisonettes & apartments may easily accommodate a family of five.

7 days prior to arrival, no charge
7  to 3 days prior to arrival, charge is 1 night
3 days or less prior to arrival, charge is 50% of total staying

High Season :

20 days prior to arrival, no charge
10 days prior to arrival, charge is 2 nights
10 to 2 days prior to arrival, charge is 3 nights
2 days or less or non show, charge is total of staying
