Luxury, recently built and with all modern comforts including air-condition and satellite TV. All crockery, cutlery and linen are supplied and the cooking facilities consist of two-ring oven.
The roof garden leads to a balcony with sun beds and a view of the Aegean Sea!!
The apartments are located in the picturesque fishing village of agia pelagia that although gaining in popularity, the restore, with its wooded hills, olive groves and beautiful golden beaches remain unommercialized.

Andys Plaza is a fine A' Class hotel apartments situated at he picturesque village of Agia Pelagia and only 200 meters away from the fine sandy beach. The seaside fishing village of Agia Pelagia is built in the center of a picturesque amphitheatric bay, 23 km northwest from Heraklion capital city of the Island of Crete, there for it distant only 25 km from the airport of Heraklion and 23 from the seaport. Surrounded by mountains and hills, Agia Pelagia lies right in the middle of Crete (which makes it easy to be used as a base for excursions around the island), with about 9 smaller sandy and rocky beaches (except of the central bay) reached easily by feet for those who prefer more privacy rather than big beaches. In the village you can find many taverns, offering traditional but also international dishes, bars, cafes, shops and boutiques, which will invite you to exciting short walks through the little streets.
