A beautiful brand new sea view villa, conveniently situated in the east coast of Rhodes just 300m from the golden sandy beach of Pefkos. The villas is only 3km away from the lively, historic village of Lindos with its imposing castle and a plethora of ancient and medieval monuments. Surrounded by olive trees and a typical Mediterranean garden (no private pool, pool access directly across from villa) Air-conditioning throughout, free of charge. Baby cots available at no extra cost. Free cleaning and linen changing service twice a week; extra bed sheets and towels available in closets. Shared swimming pool. Free Internet access. Private parking space

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and safe.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Both bedrooms on the 1st floor, spacious closets, air conditioning and beautiful views of the garden and / or the sea.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookery and crockery, cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, grill and blender, children's seat.
Utility Room: There is a utility room under the stairway with all cleaning equipment, iron/ironing board, sewing box, first aid kit and storage space.
Living Rooms: The living room has air conditioning and is equipped with comfortable brand - new sofas, a table and a sofa bed. There is also a 32" LCD HDTV set with satellite and DVD, mp3 player.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: All linen is supplied. Extra linen and towels available in closets, free of charge. Cleaning and linen changing service is twice a week, but you can contact us if you wish to make a different arrangement

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

For cancellations made more than 60 days, payment 30 euros. Between 60-35 days, payment 50 euros. Between 35-14 days, payment 50% of booking or 2 nights accommodation charge whichever is greater. For cancellation made less than 14 days - 100% payable.
