Every studio consists of a sitting room corner, bedroom and veranda or balcony, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, telephone with external line, safe box, to ensure your comfortable and pleasant stay in a friendly and hospitable environment. Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

In case of cancelation within 4 to 2 days prior to arrival date, the amount of one overnight will be charged as cancelation fees.
In case of cancelation within 2 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged as cancelation fees.
In case of earlier departure than the scheduled one, 50% of the cost of the remaining days will be charged as cancelation fees.
