Our 17 Studios are located in a quite place in the center of Pythagorion. Close to the new build museum in town, the most beautiful and cleanest beaches of Samos. Samos airport is in a short distance from Pythagorion so you can reach us by taxi or rent a car direct at the airport.

Dias rooms are 25m2 and are fully equipped with: Modern bathroom, air conditioning, kitchenette, refrigerator, satellite TV,
safe, direct telephone line. Balconies with a view over the Pythagorion harbour, or to the Dias Platia.

The total amount of the reservation cost will be charged 3 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

In case of cancelation within 4 to 2 days prior to arrival date, the amount of one overnight will be charged as cancelation fees.
In case of cancelation within 2 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged as cancelation fees.
In case of earlier departure than the scheduled one, 50% of the cost of the remaining days will be charged as cancelation fees.
